Is It Safe to Exercise Arms After Brazilian Butt Lift?

Can a person work out his arms only after a Brazilian Butt Lift? Using free weights standing up and not sitting. I know your not suppose to exercise but its the arm area only. Thanks.

A: Exercis after Brazilian butt lift

Exercising after a Brazilian is not prohibited and we actually recommend doing some mild exercising to get back in the swing of things.  You should check with your plastic surgeon.

Massage Recommended After Brazilian Butt Lift?

What are some after care tips you can give after a Brazilian Butt lift? I heard it needs to be massaged. How long after the butt lift should the massages begin? Desperately seeking answers.

A: Massaging buttock after Brazilian butt lift

Massaging the buttock area is not necessary unless there is a lot of lumpiness in the area.   If so, I would massage the lumps as if you are kneading bread.  Confer with your surgeon.

Brazilian Butt Lift Retouch Advice

Because my doctor and I are not happy with my Brazilian Butt Lift results, he told me he wants to do Liposuction on my abdomen again, then transfer about 400cc to my buttocks again. Is it safe to redo the Brazilian Butt Lift and Liposuction in the same area 6 weeks after initial procedure? Will 400cc make a difference, in your personal opinion?

A: Further fat grafting after a Brazilian butt lift

Six weeks after the initial Brazilian is too early.  I would wait at least three months to allow everything to settle down before considering further fat grafting.  400 cc's is enough to make a substantial difference but you should wait for now.
