What Can I Expect For Healing Time For A Male Tummy Tuck?

I am a 27 y/o male who has lost roughly 90 lbs, I have maintained my current weight for about the past year, I need an abdominoplasty and have been doing my research though I am curious about the healing time/process. I am an ESL teacher and will be moving over seas late April and didn't know if that would be an option or if I should or should I try to extend the date when I leave.

You should expect a good result from this type of surgery if you have an abundant amount of skin laxity following your weight loss.  Your time for recovery may often be no more than one month, but there are a few exceptions to this.   I have had three male patients have this surgery with me in the last several months, and all were able to resume normal activities in one month.  Always check with your Plastic Surgeon to give you further guidance about this.

I Had a BA and Lift 7 Years Ago. Now my Nipple Stand at Attention.Why?

Why do my nipples get hard(as if I'm cold or excited,when I'm not).It is embarassing.

This is not an infrequent finding after having a breast augmentation.  The fullness of the breast tissue with the added volume of the breast  implants will push the nipple and areola outward making the nipple more prominently seen and the areola is often expanded and enlarged.  Both the areola and the nipple can be surgically reduced, but this  rarely is done 7 years after the initial surgery was performed, almost never for prominent nipples alone.  If you have real concerns about this, however, always check with your Plastic Surgeon.

Bumps on Nipple After Breast Lift and Implants

A month after breast lift (w/nipple reconstruction) and , I've noticed small lumps on my breast. They're about the size, shape and color (redness) of a pimple. I'm not sure if I ruptured something being too active too soon. It's also very hot where I am (100 deg today) and although I stay inside as much as possible, maybe it's a heat rash. Not sure what it is or what I did to cause it. Please help!

These bumps are called Montgomery glands   and are normal for the breast tissue.  They may be more prominent after an augmentation, but don't worry that they are a problem.
