How long does a Sculptra procedure last once all smile lines are gone? What is needed for maintenance/touch up?
Very hard to directly answer your question because we don't know how you look. In my practice I recommend 1 to 2 vials every 3 weeks for the first 3 months. Than every 4 to 6 months a touch up injection of a vial.
Hi, just wondering how long is the maximum you can wait between Sculptra treatments.. i have had one treatment 11 weeks ago. I am also nervous to go back for another because of all the negative information out there.. and i am especially worried about my face blowing up and looking like a chipmunk!! But just really want to know how long i can leave it before the first treatment will seem like a waste?
The treatment criteria is injections every 3 to 6 weeks til desired effect is obtained, usually 3 to 4 sessions. After 11 weeks a bit long between first and second session. But I see you are only lengthing the tim e before a result can be noticed.

I guess I'm the opposite. Full understanding is important. A "FULL" treatment could be 2 to 3 months or more and costs upto $5-6K. But if a FULL treatment is done the results could last a few years. But I would recommend a one time treatment of fat grafts of 50 to 100 cc's injected. About a week healing and the results could last as long if not longer.
