Will Fillers Improve my Rhinoplasty Result?

I am a 21 year old female who is 4 weeks post-op primary rhinoplasty. I had my bump shaved down and deviated septum corrected. I have been left with an up-turned very swollen bulbous tip and seriously short nose - (I actually liked my nose length better before) and it is very ski-sloped which I hate! How long should I wait before considering injectable fillers and will they fix this? Are there any side-effects? How long do they last? Is it better to wait and have a revision? Thank you

A: Revision Rhinoplasty Recommended

Much better to wait and get a revision. Fillers are temporary and best to correct only minor assymmetries.

You need a real revision that can be done at 9 months. Most important is to find a surgeon who specializes in these revisions and has done alot successfully. Otherwise you may end up worse.

Non Surgical Nose Job with Radiesse, Will it Affect the Shape of my Eyes?

I am considering getting Radiesse injected in my nose bridge to heighten it. I have a typical asian nose. Will the injection change the shape of my eyes? For example, will the tear ducts be exposed more and make my eyes look uneven? Or will my eyes seem closer together because of the taller nose bridge?

A: Radiesse and Affect on Eye Shape

If  done correctly and carefully the only change with respect to your eyes is they will appear closer together because the bridge will no longer appear so broad and flat.

How to Get Rid of a Nasal Hump *without* Rhinoplasty?

So I have had a nasal hump for about 2 years and I was just wondering How to get rid of a nasal hump without a Rhinoplasty because I do not have the money for one. Thanks.

A: Solution is a Rhinoplasty

Cannot be done, if you have a true hump, the only solution is to either chisel it or rasp it.........save your money for a rhinoplasty.
