I got my BA yesterday with Dr. Nezami. I can't say enough about how wonderful the staff was. When they saw I was nervous, they comforted me and I fell asleep (from the anesthesia) listening to their funny stories. They kept everything happy and lighthearted.
As for the procedure itself, it went really smoothly. I got there around 2 and by 2:45 I had my IV and was getting ready to head into OR... more
Prior to surgery I'd say I was in between an "A" cup and a "B" cup. I received 450cc (L) and 500cc (R) high profile silicone gel implants. My recovery was great, I was up and moving (out to dinner) the very next night!
My right side (larger implant) is tighter and a bit higher than the left, but I am really liking my new size. My surgeon has me wearing a strap to help them babies drop down,... more

All my questions were answered before I even asked them. She did measurements and said I was over the recommended length for a breast lift. I do not want a breast life, she explained that's fine I would have to go bigger (400cc-550cc) in... more
