Can TITAN Help Soften Restylane or Radiesse?

I am unhappy with recent injections in my cheeks. The doctor encourages the use of the skin tight laser, I believe TITAN, to "soften" the filler. I'm told it can be softely molded to reduce the uneveness I have. Are there risks? Will this help?

Editor's Note: See update here.

A: Uneveness after Restylane injections

I would recommend that you seek a second opinion from an injector who is experienced in Restylane injections.  TITAN treatment will have very minimal effect on your treatment.  I am not sure how long ago your injection was, but it is likely that the Restylane can still be massaged to even it out.  As a last resort, hyaluronidase can be injected to dissolve the Restylane.

Is a Mid-face Lift a Problem when a Person Has Dentures?

I am not sure but I heard a rumor so I thought I better ask.

A: Mid Face LIft Can Be Performed in a Patient With Dentures

Genie,

There are several approaches to performing a mid face lift.  Some of these involve incisions on the inside of the upper lip close to the gums.  You should be fine to have a mid face lift performed.  If you have the incisions on the inside of your upper lip, you may not be able to wear your upper dentures during the healing period.

A: Swelling After Eyelid Surgery

Five and 1/2 weeks after eyelid surgery, most (but not all) of the swelling should be gone.  I recommend that you discuss your concerns with your surgeon.
