Recently had a breast augmentation after nursing and weight loss left me with literally nothing in the chest area. Cannot praise Dr. Boyd and his asst, Kristine, enough. From consultation thru the post-op visits, they were amazing-explained the whole process, helped in selecting the best size for my build, made multiple contacts following the procedure to ensure I was comfortable and that there were no complications. Follow-up appts. were great - smooth. They are not only experts in this type of surgery, but also patient, kind, supportive, professional-I would urge anyone interested in this procedure to have Dr. Boyd preform it. Absolutely top-notch in every aspect!

Dr. Boyd was recommended to my by general surgeon for his unique ability to deal with unforeseen issues during surgery. I couldn't be happier with the results. He balanced the remaining tissue after lumpectomies and reduced the size of my breasts. The result was a huge improvement over the way I looked before surgery. He achieved an excellent cosmetic outcome. He is an extraordinarily talented, skilled and caring plastic surgeon. He aims for artistic perfection and is committed to achieving results that the patient will be delighted with - and doesn't let the patient go until he achieves that. He assures that any issues that may arise are dealt with quickly through his extensive post-surgery follow-up. He is very patient and takes whatever time is necessary to fully answer the patient's questions. I have never had to wait more than 5 minutes to see him. His staff is very conscientious and caring - always ready to help in any way possible. If I could give him 10 stars on a 5-star rating, I would.

I was diagnosed with breast cancer Dec. 20th, 2012. Br. Boyd came very highly recommended by my breast surgeon. I found him very kind, considerate, and extremely skilled. He performed reconstruction procedures on me (abdominoplasty with DIEP) that very few plastic surgeons in this country are skilled at. I am very happy to have such a wonderfully gifted and one of the top surgeons in this country! I am not sure of the cost because Dr. Boyd's office staff worked with the insurance company. My recovery was in record time.  It is not however an easy surgery to recover from.  At night it is hard to find a comfortable position.  However, Dr. Boyd's staff was also extremely helpful, and helped me through it.  I was given a prescription for a surgical post mastectomy bra, and that helped a lot.  I had frequent after care visits to make sure that everything was healing well.  I am so lucky that I had such an experienced, and highly skilled surgeon.  It is a long process.  The reconstruction is not over, and will continue on for several more months.

I had abdominalplasty because I had a little extra skin and fat that I could not get rid of by working out. I thought about doing this procedure for many years. This surgery and recovery took such a short time compared to the 18 years I had to deal with the extra fat, tissue and stretch marks

I had a horrific experience with Dr. Boyd. He operated on my nose and left it looking absolutely terrible with a plethora of functional issues (see photos below). I later had it confirmed from 9 other surgeons that Dr. Boyd had haphazardly cut around in my nose, left it without any semblance of support, and all probably because he had no idea what he was doing. Facial surgery isn't something you gamble with or take a best guess. I needed a revision and finally got one (from another doctor) after living with Dr. Boyd's work for 4 years of shame and embarrassment. Please take heed-- don't let this surgeon touch you.
