I’m starting to get really nervous about my BA. I am scheduled to have my BA surgery on August 28th, 2014. I went on a hunt to find the perfect doctor and narrow it down to two doctors that I really liked; decided to go with the last doctor I saw who made me felt most comfortable. He explained everything really well and thoroughly. At my consultation I tried on a couple implants with a bra... more
Hi. I'm coastiegirl and I want BOOBS!
I've been meaning to write a review for a month now, but, oh well, you get a 2 days pre-op review instead. I am 33, have 2 kids under 6 and breastfed for 2 years (in total). I've always been small chested and I've tried to embrace it for many years, but I'm just ready to experience having boobs. Right now I'm a 32B at Victoria's Secret, which I've heard... more
I am 5'8 weigh 140lbs and and a 36A/B!! I have always wanted bigger boobies and after having a baby, my boobies have become stretched, deflated, not something I feel good about!!! The surgeon will... more

I tried posting before, but I didn't do it right so here is everything a more:
I had my first child at 17, and had my last little one at 25. I breastfeed all of my children for over a year and my boobs are done, sad and not very happy. I'm approaching a discovery phase and want to change not only my body but my life. My motivation is to start new and do something for myself and revive my... more
I've always wanted bigger boobs ever since I don't know when but at a very young age. I love clothes and fashion and I love nice boobs to go with them. I am currently barely a 34A to 34B but I've always stuck by 34B push up padded bras from VS. My goal is to fit in a 34 full C to a D. I am 5 ft short weighs about 107lb. I have done my research and studying and interviews with people I know who... more
In August 2006, I a breast implant surgery. When I went to the free consulations, I asked for him to do 38DD. He told me he does not go bigger than a size D cup. 800 cc's is the max of a D cup, but I opted for 700cc's, I went through with it. So after the surgery, I realized a D cup is huge. Going from a B cup to a D cup ...It took me two years to really soak it all in with the size.... more
So I've been wanting bigger fuller boobs ever since college, but only started to search on the internet for PS recently. I have only had one consultation but really liked meeting the doctor. She is relatively young comparing to most other men doctors in the area, but I like her because she operates with another female doctor together. They are both Stanford graduates and that... more
I had very little discomfort. Surgery on Friday and back at work on Monday (doctor wasn't thrilled but I felt perfect) She was extremely conscientious and her staff was wonderful. I never waited in her office although I wouldn't have minded since it was beautiful and comfortable.
I requested a C cup and ended up a large C small D. They look great but after having them for a few... more
My experience with tubular breasts had many ups and downs. I started to notice my odd shaped breasts when i was 16 years old. I knew from then on that i would need some type of breast surgery to correct this, which i did march 16th 2010. It has been one week and one day.
My PS told me during our pre op consulation that one breasts would need about 25cc more than the other because i did... more

3 yrs ago had breast aug. Wanted full C ended up with a 38DD and have felt huge since then. I understand a lot of women ask for a size bigger and end up wanting even more than they requested. Not my case!!I know there is no guarantee of an exact size. My Dr. did a beautiful job and it was performed through the umb cord so little trauma which I was happy about.Professional, safe, caring... more
I had breast augmentation about 10 months ago now. It was totally worth it! I went from an A cup to a full C cup.The downtime afterward wasn’t that bad - I was in pain for a few days after the surgery. It was well worth the pain I did have and the money I spent. I had my implants placed underneath the chest muscle, so that made recovery a little longer and a bit more painful. After... more
My breasts grew to be two different sizes....yeah, I know, everyone has uneven breasts. One was a size 3xF and the other was barely an A cup. I had one reduced and one enlarged at 16 yrs old (I am now 40).
I had a great Dr, who was very supportive of a scared, insecure teen. I had no problems with my implant until it ruptured 22 yrs later. If I'd had it replaced 10yrs before it... more
Am 5'10" and went from a 36A to a 36D. couldn't be happier. went through the armpit, round saline, have no scars, my breasts are still soft and natural(really and truly--most people, including those who have, ummm, experienced them up close, are surprised when i tell them they're implants). more
I had 550 cc saline but since I went in for a tummy tuck I decided to get my saline boobs re-done with 800cc silicone. I am happy with the silicone. They look better and there is way less rippling. Was it worth redoing them?? Probably not...but if I had to chose between silicone and saline I would go with silicone.
Also, ( and this is important) if you like the way FAKE boobs look then get... more
