Dr. Robert Kessler and his staff was incredible. A friend of mine recommended Dr. Kessler and she highlighted the quick recovery and post op experience that she had with Dr. Kessler. Dr. K wil absolutely leave you looking many years younger but at the same time, it will look natural. I'm only three weeks post op and have already traveled to see family that I have in Florida. It is so gratifying to see the reaction that relatives and friends have when they see me. They can't put there finger on it (they don't know that I had surgery), but they all say that I look wonderful. I can only imagine and anticipate what the end result will be in a few more weeks. I absolutely recommend Dr. K and his wonderful Staff!

He is a very trust worthy doctor. He is competent and only looks out for the best interest of his patients. He is very patient with question and respects his patients' time. After seeing 5 doctors in the Newport Beach and Irvine area, I chose Dr. K to conduct my augmentation. He is a genuine doctor who actually cares about his patients; if he doesn't think a procedure is necessary, he will let you know. I highly recommend him.

I took my time in searching out qualified health providers that could perform and accomplish what I wanted done. Dr. K and his staff were professional, readily available, and most important, the job was done right the first time. This is major surgery and it needs to be done by the best possible doctor as well as skin artist so that you look your best. Dr. K exceeded my expectations. I have given his name to several people since I had surgery.

Dr. Kessler is fantastic. He is knowledgeable, ethical, caring and easygoing. He takes time to answer questions, is very present and listens, and is reassuring. It was very important to me that my breast augmentation appear as natural as possible, and after carefully considering all the options, Dr. Kessler decided to try a few different sizes during surgery, to assure that the implants fit nicely with my frame, rather than just go with a set size. It worked perfectly! All my follow up appointments have been great--Dr. Kessler is very attentive and again, answers all questions thoroughly without making you feel silly.

I am 3 weeks post-op and feel great about my decision and my results. And i have to say, it is 100% because of my amazing doctor and his supportive staff. Dr. Kessler (Newport Beach, CA) really is great at what he does. He walked me through every decision making process regarding the procedure and wanted to hear my thoughts and wishes before making any suggestions of his own. I didn't feel any pressure or influence when talking about my wishes, which was something i was concerned about going into this. I really appreciated how he fully explained everything and made sure i understood. He is extremely nice and warm and seems to genuinely care about helping people achieve the look they want. Aside from Dr. Kessler himself, his support staff was wonderful. Wayne, the patient coordinator is just as warm and friendly. Sonya, at the front desk, is very hospitable and kind. The office is warm and inviting, with coffee and refreshments while you wait. One of most stand-out moments about my whole experience was their ability and willingness to work with me and my crazy schedule for followups and appointments. I am a student with two job who lives in a completely different part of town, needless to say, scheduling appointments is tough. But Sonya and Dr. Kessler were more than accommodating. Honestly, I don't think I would have had as great of an experience as I have thus far without this wonderful team supporting me along the way. Thank you all at the office of Dr. Kessler!!

Dr. Robert Kessler and his staff were AMAZING! They were extremely friendly and welcoming and despite all the fears I had initially, the whole team made me feel very relaxed and calm. Dr. Kessler spent a great deal of time and answered all my questions and was very reassuring, and comforting during my consultation visit. Although I had always had my hesitations on doing any cosmetic surgery, I have to say going through with removing the bags under my eyes, has been the most delightful and rewarding experiences of my life. I am extremely pleased with the results. Not only I look at least 10 years younger, none of my friends or family could tell what I had done they kept commenting that I look amazing.It looks very natural and as I was reassured by Dr. Kessle, recovery was very quick (less than a week). Dr. Kessler has a wonderful bedside manner. He is very patient, compassionate and a good listener. He took his time to really evaluate my concerned areas. I did not feel any pressure to go ahead with the surgery after my consultation and he only talked about the areas I wanted cosmetic help with. The staff and surgery coordinator were very friendly and professional. The waiting room was usually empty and they were ready for me when I walked in.
