Should I Still Be Able to Squint and Form the "11"s on Day 8 After Botox?

It's been eight days, and although I see a 20% improvement, I can still squint, forming those 11s between my brows. She did two shots in that area, then one each over the arch and three on each crow's feet area on the sides of my eyes. Do I need to wait a bit longer, go back for more injections or accept that this is probably the way my body reacts? I paid by the area treated, not by the units, so I don't have any idea if she would retreat free of charge.

Though most patients do respond after 8 days some can take up to 2 weeks (or more) to see the full effects. Each patient is different and can require a different amount of Botox (greater or lesser units, independent of the number of injection sites).  It's quite possible, especially if you paid by the area and not the unit, that you may not have received a sufficient amount of Botox for that area.  Depending on the policy of the office where you were treated, they may or may not do a touch up dose at no charge.  Follow up with the office that treated you, especially if you still have significant movement between you brows.

Is IPL Laser Treatment for Breast Enlargement Effective?

I'm considering having ipl laser treatments for a breast enlargement. Research has shown that it increases up to 2 cup sizes only. Is this procedure effective? And what are the side effects?

Sorry, but there is no such thing!!!  The only thing that can enhance your breast size without gaining weight is getting surgical breast implants.

Can I Do Something About the Thin Discolored Skin Under my Eyes? (photo)

I have really thin skin under my eyes, which makes the capillaries and muscle shine through. This gives me a severe case of raccoon eyes, because they're always quite purple. The difference in skin texture also gives me a tear through. I'm only 20 years old, and would love to do something about both color and appearance. I've thought about fat repositioning for the tear through, and even some kind of implant to treat the color of the skin. Any good ideas? I don't want any temporary fillers.

I would highly recommend you strongly consider RESTYLANE injections to your tear troughs.  I think you will be pleasantly suprised and satisfied with your results.  Please make sure you go to a skilled provider who has a lot of experience with injecting the tear troughs.  Fat injections to this area are not ideal.  Restylane injections to this partlcular area can easily last 12+ months.  If done correctly and prudently, the end results are amazing.
