I am very pleased with my results and so grateful for Dr. Chasan and his team. I was so happy with the friendliness at the office, the assistance with setting up financing and the ease of every appointment. I feel like family every time I call or come into the office. I was loosing hope for my reconstruction before coming here, because either the price was a range (one surgeon had a potential $10,000 price difference) or another doctor had a way of planning the surgery that didn’t quite make sense to me. For more information about my surgery and “situation” please continue to read. I had a BA just over 10 years ago in Salt Lake City, and unfortunately, did not do enough research before hand. I got my implants just after I finished breast-feeding around 10 years ago. My original surgery was a great size, but unfortunately the implants were too far apart. Then after a year of getting fit at the gym, the implants were pushed out of the pocket and even further to the side, down and into my armpits. Since they had fallen out and they were due for a change, I started shopping around in San Diego and Los Angeles for a reconstruction surgery. I had almost lost hope before coming to Dr. Chasan. When I came in for my consultation with Dr. Chasan, he explained my situation in more depth and showed me what he could do to help. My ribcage is curved, not flat; which is one reason they were so far apart. For other doctors, I was a “difficult case,” but for Dr. Chasan; he knew he would be able to help me with his mesh technology (internal bra). Dr. Chasan moved my muscles, gave me the best shape and size for the new implants and was able to give me a natural looking cleavage (which I never got in the initial surgery!). The ripples are gone, the weird muscle squishing my implants down is gone, it feels so good; I actually feel more feminine and sexy. I’m so grateful for everyone at Ranch & Coast!

I had a rhinoplasty by Dr. Chasan in February 2025 and am SO happy with the results. My nose is exactly what I wanted (if not better). He listened to what I wanted and did exactly that. Getting a rhinoplasty here was the best decision I have ever made, truly. I had been thinking about it for 10+ years but was too nervous previously. My friend got her nose done by him 1.5 years ago (her nose is amazing!) so when I started seriously considering it because I'm getting married this year and didn't want to hate every photo of my face (lol), I interviewed Dr. Chasan and 5 other doctors and am so glad I ended up going with Dr. Chasan. Best decision ever!!!

After my first consultation with Dr. Chasan for rhinoplasty, we discussed what could realistically be achieved and set clear expectations. He also brought up the idea of enhancing facial harmony through facial fat transfer, due to the volume I lost after shedding 80 pounds. Dr. Chasan explained that he could improve the balance of my jaw by about 50%, which was a significant improvement from my starting point. I really appreciated his honesty and thoughtful approach. We scheduled the surgery for two months out. In the meantime, I browsed through his gallery to find wish photos and came across the endoscopic brow lift section. After my weight loss, I was left with heavy brows, so I returned to Dr. Chasan to ask whether this could be addressed as well. Ultimately, we decided to proceed with a combination of procedures: septorhinoplasty, endoscopic brow lift, and facial fat transfer to achieve a more harmonious look. The results have been outstanding. I can't speak highly enough about Dr. Chasan’s bedside manner and surgical skill. I’m currently almost three months post-op, and every single person who’s seen my before-and-after photos has given me compliments. People who didn’t know me before, or haven’t seen me in a while, don’t even realize I’ve had surgery — it all looks very natural. The office staff and nurses are also incredible — always responsive to emails and calls. I even received a few personal follow-up calls from Dr. Chasan himself to check in and see how I was doing, which meant a lot. My overall experience has been phenomenal, and the results have exceeded my expectations. I initially found Dr. Chasan by simply searching for the “Top 10 Plastic Surgeons in San Diego.” I had a couple of consultations in Beverly Hills, but I didn’t want to travel for my procedures. From the top 10, I easily narrowed it down to the top four based on their galleries and board certifications. I then scheduled consultations with those top four. While the others were kind enough to redo morphs for me several times, I ultimately didn’t connect with their aesthetic as much. Dr. Chasan stood out, and I’m so glad I chose him.

I Just wanted to share my continued five star experience at Ranch & Coast Plastic surgery with Dr. Chasan A year ago I was very fortunate to have a Del Mar thong lift as I mentioned in my previous review. The results have been beyond outstanding. My confidence has been restored with my perky bum. I had been wanting to have a breast augmentation/lift revision for a while and there was no question in my mind that I would be going back to see Dr Chasan. He is an absolute wizard to say the least! His expertise, talent, artistry, and thinking outside the box makes him an outstanding provider when it comes to these specialized niche procedures. It wasn't that I just needed a breast augmentation revision. It was the fact I needed a reductive augmentation. That is not something I have seen any providers really discuss. That is why I had gone through 4 different other augmentations with a different provider in Beverly Hills where I just been given different implants and multiple lifts, but still had all this extra hanging breast tissue underneath. They would look OK at first and then overtime I became unhappy. It kept causing my breast to sag and be uncomfortable. Also it was causing poor posture and not fitting in my clothes nicely. Well, I just had my reductive augmentation a just over a week ago and Dr. Chasan performed his magic and I now have the breasts I've always wanted! I am now so happy with the size, symmetry/shape and they are the perkiest they have ever been in my entire life. I’ll follow up with photos after my one month post appointment. Pain was very minimal and had hardly any bruising. All the staff, as always, Emery, Sasha, Mary and Jennifer were all extremely helpful, accommodating and kind throughout all my visits to the clinic. I am highly satisfied with the procedure I had, with the results, with Dr. Chasan and with his overall team. This is despite having a few post-op unexpected small difficulties. Dr. Chasan and his team have been amazing in terms of their responsiveness and follow up. They have been on top of everything showing patience, diligence and that they really care. Dr. Chasen is a skilled surgeon, he utilizes innovative methods and is a great specialist. He and everybody in his team are very professional, caring, compassionate, flexible, friendly and patient. You can't ask for more from a team of true professionals. I highly recommend Dr. Chasan.

My results are fantastic. I would say that my revision journey has been a challenge but Dr Chasan went above and beyond and came up with a way to fix the damage that had been done by other doctors. He did what no one else knows how to do. He didn’t have to but that’s who he is. I once asked him if I was his most difficult case, he said “no but top 3”. He stuck with me and like a wizard, gave me perfect results.

Had a breast lift last month and am loving the results. I went from saggy to perky, with very little pain for only a few days after surgery. I cannot wait to go bikini shopping! Love love love the results! Working with Dr Chasan and his team was a delight! Thank you for these great new boobs- I cannot stop looking in the mirror in awe! Again very little pain post op that essentially went away after a few days. I am very happy with them and am so happy I chose Dr Chasan. Definitely worth every penny!

Dr. Chasan is an AMAZING surgeon! I had been botched from a failed fat transfer around my hips by a different surgeon. I was left with asymmetries, but I specifically sought out Dr. Chasan to fix my deflated backside. The previous lipo in that area left me with sagging buttocks with double banana rolls. I came from out of town and, from the moment I met him, felt like I was in more than capable hands. He genuinely listened to me and assured me he would make things better. He helped me feel less anxious and he took his time explaining everything and answering my questions. I had a thong lift to remove the excess skin that had been left hanging. I absolutely LOVE what he did for me. He took a bad situation and turned it into something that gave me some of my confidence back. My butt looks so much better now!
