I Got 470cc Low Profile, Over the Muscle, Did I Make the Right Decision? (photo)

I was flat C breast cup before my BA...I had 470cc CUI low profiles, overs implants...Was it a good choice?..take a look at my pictures plz and tell me what do you think..:)..thank you..:)

A: right choice of implants

It is always so hard to picture what your breasts will look like after an augmentation.

With your choice of implants and position you seem to have given you a nice result. Your breastss are fuller, your cleavage has improved and your breasts after augmentation still look natural. That's my opinion but you may have different thoughts and expectations that you have not expressed.

What Can I Do to Fix my Double Bubble? (photo)

I had a dounut lift/augmentation in Jul09 and within two weeks I noticed both breasts had dents under them. My doctor did a revision two mths later and removed the capsule and scored under the muscle. After the swelling went away the double bubble was back worse than before. This time we waited 12mts to do a revision were my implants were moved from duel plane postion to subglandular well I still have the DB but not as bad. What do you recommend I do now? I cannot stand to look at my breasts.

A: Double bubble

The double bubble is a return of your original lower breast fold. Your breast implants now sit lightly below this breasat fold causing the double bubble. It sounds like your surgeon has done everything reasonable to try to correct the problem. Another revision may or may not be successful and it may be that yur problem is not correctable. You do have a nice result from augmantation of your breasts and the double bubble, although annoying, is the small imperfection that you may have to accept. Sorry it's probabl;y not the answer you want to hear.

18 Months Post-Op Rhinoplasty and My Nose is Constantly Running, is this Normal? Do I Need a Revision?

I had rhinoplasty almost 18 months ago. I'm half pleased with it. The side profile is very nice but the front which I was most worried about the first time is still boxy. I asked to refine the tip but I don't think he went far enough. I think the sides are still too wide and uneven. I also still have a constant runny nose. And blow it 5-7 on average and if I tilt my head forward for to long it runs, and runs immediately if I'm exercising especially with weights. Could revision fix this?

A: rhinoplasty revision

It sounds like you may bemefit froma small revision of your rhinoplasty to further narrow the tip and sides.

I doubt if the revision will afffect the runny nose.

Could it be that you have developed an allergy coincidently after your surgery? You may need to get a referral to see an ENT surgeon to ask for an opinion.

If you see your plastic surgeon to discuss th results of your rhinplasty, he/she may be able to refer you on to an ear nose and throat surgeon (ENT)
