Hello, I want to rejuvenate my face and I would greatly appreciate advice regarding what surgeries would benefit me. | want to treat: Vertical depressions on forehead due to loss of volume, Horizontal wrinkles on forehead, Lower eye bags, Nasolabial folds , Hanging cheeks when looking down or tilting head. Volume / sagging in the area of submandibular glands and digastric muscles. Sun damaged skin. What surgeries or treatments would you recommend? Your advice is greatly appreciated! Thanks, J
I am a 27 year old female with very saggy skin and severe nasolabial folds. I have never been overweight. I have worn SPF 50 sunscreen daily since 19 and use been using tretinoin and a moisturizer every night for a few years. I don't drink or smoke, am active, and I eat a plant-based diet, but I have eaten sugary foods in the past, so I assume that is the cause. Could I be a good candidate for a facelift or midface lift? I've had a lip lift 6 months ago + revision 3 months ago for my very long philtrum (since childhood).
I've included more pics this time, as requested, and adjusted my question. My left side of my face looks like I'm in my 50s and my right side like I'm in my 40s. When I pull slightly at my temple on the left, it shaves off 10 yrs. I would rather not mess with a side that doesn't need it, since undermining tissues can cause fat loss and I have a lot of volume still, which I don't want to lose. Is it reasonable in my case to do a 1 sided FL?
I had jaw surgery to correct an underbite 3 years ago but I developed severe nasolabial folds. I am early 30s and this is affecting my mental health. I tried a facial fat transfer a year ago but it seems to have made them worse.
I have been researching mini facelifts, SMAS facelifts, deep plane facelifts, etc. Which one would you advise for me? I don't want to go the non-surgical/filler route because it's expensive long term, less effective, doesn't last, and gives a puffy, wider face look that I don't like. I'd rather just have a facelift or 2 in my lifetime. I started Botox at 30. I want to maintain my face rather than fix it later. I'd like to do the 1st one soon as a preventative measure against deep wrinkles.
Im a 29 year old male with concerns about my nasolabial folds and loss of volume in my mid face causing excess skin around my mouth and sagging cheeks. I also would like to address my eyes, my right eye seems to be lower than my left, Im unsure if its because of the skin or the orbital. Im pretty skinny at around 140 pounds and about 58. I feel like the concerns I have about my face make me appear older than I am, the volume loss began to appear a couple years ago. Whats the best solution?
I had a fat transfer that resulted in too much fat on one side above the nasolabial fold, so the skin has been stretched and sags. I know I could do a facelift and stretch it towards the ear, but that would bring the fat up to the cheekbone, and as a man I dislike big cheekbones. I was wondering if the excess skin can be removed at the nasolabial fold. My folds are pretty pronounced and they don't bother me terribly, so maybe an incision mark wouldn't look much different. Thank you.
I have genetic nasolabial folds. I think is just common in Native Americans because my family and friends all have them. Mine are extra pronounced, as are the lines under my eyes and between my brows. Im terrified of getting filler due to the risk of getting it injected into an artery, and I hear it looks unnatural & moves around. I'm only 22 so I don't know if a facelift would be right but when I pull my face back there seems to be a lot that is loose. I'm search of options, thank you!
Im 27 and have had a full face all my life. Always had prominent jowls and naso labial folds. Ive tried filler in my chin and masseter Botox before but was wondering if I am a good candidate for a face lift? Or any other solutions? Pics for reference (including me holding up my face to where Id like it lol).
I generally like my face, but as I near 30 I noticed that my cheek and under eye area has begun to sag like the picture. I would like to get a surgery that mimics the effect I make when I pull my under eye and cheek area up with two fingers, like in my photos. I want to address the under eye hollow, sknasiolabial fold and skin tightness to look like the photo. Let me know if a mini lift, cheek lift, lower blepharoplasty is better. Not interested in filler. Thank you!
