I had an eyebrow transplant and I know its normal for the grafts and transplanted eyebrows to fall out. But it looks like my real eyebrow hair is falling out as well. My eyebrows look much thinner than before the prodcedure. Is this normal? And if so, will they grow back?
I had an eyebrow transplant about a month ago and most of my grafts have fallen out (which I know is normal), but also some of my natural hairs have fallen out, and even though my doctor said thats normal and that sometimes it happens, I am starting to freak out, mostly because I now have more bald spots on my eyebrows than before the treatment. I wonder if it would be ok to wear bangs for a while until my eyebrow hairs grow back?
I unfortunately spent many years using relaxers and weaves, braids,etc such that my hair is suffering from traction Alopecia. Currently I have cut out the relaxed and damage hair and I am using Minoxidil to treat my edges where my hair has began falling out/receding. I am rather young so I do believe that with proper care my hair will return however I do not want to use my scalp hair for my eyebrow transplant. Are eyebrow transplants possible for patients who don't want to use scalp hair?
I had an eyebrow transplantation 12 days ago, from day 9 after the surgery till today ( day 12 ) i found my newly tranplanted hair fall off with crust during washing my face , i didn't scratch them or pick them up, what i do is washing my brows with soup and do circular motion. Did I lost those graft and disrupt them? or this is normal ?
i had an eyebrow transplantation and at 10th day post op i washed my face and start to rub my brows , Alot of hair falled off attach to scabes and I found almost all of newly transplanted hair was gone. What I know is transplanted hair will fall off after 3-4 weeks but 10 days is too early, that make me anxious. 1) Is this normal ? 2) is it safe using eyebrow make up at this point?
I had eyebrow implants done the end of June. A lot if my normal hair has fallen out and implanted hair grows sticking up. Is this normal? Will my original hair grow back? Will implanted hair begin to look better over time? Please help. Feeling really self conscious
Hello, I had an eyebrow transplant in 2008 and a touch-up on the right in 2011. Over the past two years for some reason some of the hairs have fallen out and have not regrown and are in an area that is quite noticeable. The doctor who previously did the transplant has since retired. Can you recommend anyone else in Michigan for a touchup? Thank you.
Hi I'm 4 months post op from my eyebrow transplant, and they r starting to grow in now. However some grow in and stay and seem to fall out easily than grow back again. Seems to be all over the place. Is it normal for some of them to grow in fine and fall out then regrow back in? Is there several hair cycles before they r final and matured?
Only my eyebrows began falling out two weeks after using it .03 retinol once a day. My eyebrows have been falling out for four months now and doctors can find out why after doing bloodwork and are only suggesting Rogaine. Im not sure if Im having a telogen effluvium but it seems like my eyebrows will never stop falling out and I dont see any regrowth. Is it worth considering an eyebrow transplant? Can the transplant hairs fall out if my real eyebrows keep falling?
