Procedures I'm known for
Rhinoplasty and Nose Shaping
Rhinoplasty surgery is one of the most technically challenging procedures. The surgeon must take into account both the internal (functional) and external (cosmetic) aspects of the nose and create a result that’s in balance with the entire face.
My training in facial plastic surgery and otolaryngology means I am an expert in both aspects of this procedure, and I perform surgeries to deliver cosmetic refinements as well improving the nasal airway.
For cosmetic patients, rhinoplasty allows me to help reshape the nose so that it appears in better proportion with the rest of their facial features, creating a more balanced appearance. During the consultation at my Baltimore office, I often use computer imaging to further enhance the communication between the patient and myself, helping to ensure the patient knows in advance what to expect from their nose job surgery.
Face and Neck Lifts
Undergoing a facelift at my Baltimore offices will refresh your facial features, turning back the hands of time and empowering you to age with confidence.
Also known as a rhytidectomy, this surgical procedure entails making carefully-concealed incisions along the hairline and recontouring your face by removing excess skin and lifting the facial tissue beneath. The result: smoothed wrinkles and folds, restored volume, a more defined jawline, and a refreshed, youthful appearance.
While I recommend facelift surgery for a more dramatic and enduring reversal of advanced aging and sagging, I can further optimize my patients’ results with complementary procedures. Surgical options include a brow lift, eyelid lift, and facial fat transfer, while some patients prefer nonsurgical treatments like Botox, dermal fillers, or a “liquid facelift.” I can also refresh my patient’s neck area by performing liposuction and muscle tightening underneath their chin.
