Breast Surgery
At my practice in the Cleveland metro area, I offer both cosmetic breast enhancement and breast reconstruction. Whether you’re looking to increase your bust size with breast implants or add more volume and youthfulness with a breast lift, I have a wealth of experience performing breast augmentation procedures, which allows me to provide results that are both transformational and natural.
While I was the interim Chief of Plastic Surgery at University Hospitals of Cleveland, I trained with breast reconstruction for mastectomy patients. This gave me a unique and intense understanding of both the breast’s anatomy and the complexities of its form. In fact, a sizable portion of my practice is devoted to corrections and revisions for patients who are unsatisfied with the results of previous breast augmentation results from other surgeons.
Rhinoplasty and Nose Shaping
Undergoing rhinoplasty surgery at my Cleveland offices can restore balance and harmony to your features. As a board-certified otolaryngologist, I am trained in head and neck surgery, specifically of the ears, nose, and throat. Combined with my plastic surgery board certification, this training has afforded me a unique skill set and expertise on both the functional aspects and the cosmetic form of the nose.
I perform a large number of both first-time nose job surgery and revision rhinoplasty. For those patients who prefer a nonsurgical option, I can also use injectable fillers to recontour the nose with a liquid rhinoplasty. I also have extensive experience with nasal reconstruction for skin cancer, intranasal cancers and other traumas, such as dog bites.

Specializing in mommy makeover procedures, breast enhancements, and rhinoplasty, he is one of a handful of surgeons who is double board-certified in both Plastic Surgery and Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery.

He served as the hospital’s interim Chief of Plastic Surgery until 2006, when he left to launch his own practice.
Board certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery and the American Board of Plastic Surgery, Dr. Goldman is a member of the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery, and the American Society of Plastic Surgeons.
