Rhinoplasty and Nose Shaping
Rhinoplasty is one of the most exacting plastic surgery procedures. It’s also the one I perform most often. For each patient, I aim to deliver results that look as natural as if they’d never had surgery. Rhinoplasty can be done for cosmetic or functional purposes—or both. It can straighten a crooked nose, smooth out a hump, refine the nasal tip, or make the nose smaller and more proportional with the rest of the face. Some of my patients opt for a septoplasty, to relieve breathing difficulties. For those who have had facial trauma, reconstructive rhinoplasty can help restore the nose you were born with, or even improve on it. While his practice provides a range of surgical and nonsurgical procedures, he specializes in cosmetic and functional rhinoplasty, revision rhinoplasty, and septoplasty. He’s also known for his expertise in facial rejuvenation, including surgical facelifts and blepharoplasty, as well as nonsurgical options such as FaceTite, Botox, and dermal fillers like Juvéderm and Restylane.

Dr. Yavrouian graduated summa cum laude from the University of California, Los Angeles with a bachelor of science degree in biochemistry. He went on to receive his medical degree from the University of Southern California Keck School of Medicine in Los Angeles. He completed his residency at the University of Southern California with a specialty in otolaryngology – head and neck surgery, as well as a fellowship in facial plastic and reconstructive surgery at the University of Texas Health Science Center in Houston. There, he joined the attending staff as a clinical instructor in facial plastic and reconstructive surgery.
Dr. Yavrouian returned to Los Angeles to establish his practice and recently joined ENT Surgical Associates, which has been serving Glendale, Pasadena, Burbank, and the surrounding communities for more than four decades.
