Dr. Anthony Farole has over 30 years of experience in both facial cosmetic surgery and jaw reconstruction. The founder of the Dr. Anthony Farole Facial Cosmetic Surgery Center in Bala Cynwyd, Pennsylvania, just outside Philadelphia, Dr. Farole is a board-certified oral and maxillofacial surgeon who has dedicated his life’s work to the art of cosmetic surgery.

“While in dental school, I fell in love with the oral surgical aspects of dentistry and decided to pursue that path,” says Dr. Farole. “The cosmetic portion intrigued me the most, so in my educational studies I branched out with further training in facial cosmetic surgeries.”

Dr. Farole graduated magna cum laude from the University of Pittsburgh and then earned his dental degree at Tufts-New England Medical Center in Boston, Massachusetts. Afterward, he completed a Dental internship in Connecticut and a residency in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at the University of Miami Jackson Memorial Hospital System in South Florida.

Following his passions for oral and facial cosmetic surgery, he completed three unique fellowships in Reconstructive and Cosmetic Facial Surgery: one at the University of Miami Jackson Memorial Hospital System, another at Parkland Hospital in Dallas-Fort Worth, Texas, and a third at Loma Linda University Hospital System in California. Today, he is board-certified by the American Board of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery.
