Had root canal and temporary filling put in over a month ago. Feel like it has hurt off and on since but now it hurts a lot. Hot and cold does not hurt its just constant pain and pain to touch it is yeh the top tooth fourth form front tooth and now the spot above it between my cheek and nose hurts when you touch it. Should I be worried
Older root canal still hurts. It hurts even to touch it. Had exrays done nothing showed up. Dentist gave me some antibiotics and it cleared up. It will get sore if I chew gum a lot. It is a front bottom tooth. It usually goes away after a day or so. But it's really throbing this time. Dentist said maybe some infection in the root canal said he could go in and scrap it out. But was not 100 % that would fix it. Went for years with no problem but a little soreness. Any hope for this root canal?
I just got my only stainless steel crown and it's on my molar. My teeth on the opposite side of my mouth don't touch now. When I look at the inside of my mouth the crown goes in at least a half size bigger than my tooth into the roof of my mouth. It's only been four days and I'm already smelling and tasting a bad odor.
The the constant throbbing pain is enough to prevent me from sleeping, I have been unable to eat or drink much of anything without pain only intensifying. I had no root canals done on these crowns, I felt no pain while I had the temporaries in place, pain only happened after permanents were put into place. I was told to wait a week, but the pain has become unbearable, and if I happen to touch the tooth a sharp shooting pain follows. Please advice. Thank you
I got crowns on my upper 6 front teeth just today, and the temporary crowns were much better than this. These crowns are huge compared to my real teeth and the temporary. And they are tight in my mouth. Im feeling like I made a mistake getting crowns. I only got them because of discoloration of some of my front teeth. One was turning yellow. One had a small brown mark. At least they were comfortable and natural. What can I do about these crowns? Can I use temporary crowns as real crowns?
second week after front tooth emax crown re-placement, left tooth feels constantly very sensitive pain when pressed or touched bottom upwards , shall I be alarmed about it ? ( i got root canals done about 2months ago, and was changing crown only because it partially broke ) Crowns ware placed on inflamed gums this time, Please see X-ray of that crowns and let me know if all looks right or not ? thank you
