I am thin with localized pockets of fat on my upper outer thighs. Is there a handpiece with which Zeltique could address those ?

Zeltiq for Inner and Outer Thighs?

Ive heard that for outer thighs is not so effective and there are generaly not so good results. Is that true? Thank you for your answer
