Im 57 and 180lb, breasts have been huge since puberty started I was a DDD in middle school. Im 35 and would like to reduce them as much as possible and still look nice in clothing. The breasts arent overly saggy just heavy and causing pain in my back.
Currently a 38G/H and struggling with severe, chronic neck/shoulder/back pain and poor posture that is non-responsive to PT, etc. I would like to be reduced down to a DD-ish; however, the scale the insurance provides says I have to have 819g per breast removed to be covered. About where would that leave me? Do I have any recourse to advocate for less tissue to be removed, based on the fact that I am obese and therefore my body surface area is pretty high.
My insurance approved a breast reduction. Per one Dr he wants to take out 720 grams per breast. I am a size 36H. Would this allow me to be a size DD. I would still like to have large breast after surgery. Also my nipple is pierced for over 19 years. Could there be some complications with replacing my nipple so to the piercing whole?
I was pressured into having a BR by everyone telling me it was the best decision ever for them and when I was laying on the operating room table I remember saying Can I still change my mind? and then I woke up in recovery and they told me the surgery was done already and I broke down in tears. I went from an H cup to probably about a DD and they are way too small. I want a surgery done to undue what was done and be the way they were before.
I am currently 240 lbs. and 5'8. I am a 40H in bra size. I am trying to obtain a breast reduction and have it paid through my insurance. I have looked at the scale and my BSA is 2.30...the 22nd percentile says removal of 1068 per breast...would that be too much. How much weight would I need to lose?
I have been a 42H since I was 16, now I'm 21. I've been trying to get a reduction from 16, but no doctor wanted to operate on a minor much less one who hasn't breast fed yet. Since I've tried weightless but my breasts has not shrunk. I need a reduction now, the pain is becoming worst and unbearable. Between the lower and mid back pains to the neck and shoulder, it's hard for me to stand at work. I have Metroplus through Medicaid. Is it possible.how hard is it for them to cover my surgery.
I am 5'4", 150 lbs. I am beginning to schedule consultations for a reduction and/or lift. Approximately how many CCs will be removed for this kind of reduction? What is the minimum most insurance companies would approve for someone my size? From a professional perspective, does my desired size seem suitable? I would like to be able to exercise more comfortably, reduce back/neck pain, and be able to fit into standard sized bras... but I have an hourglass shape and athletic build and still want that full, curvy look.
