I am 41 165lbs (220 highest weight) 5'4 2 kids current Small B cup. I have had a consult and like the 500cc sizers. The Dr. I consulted with mostly does over the muscle implants and that is what he is offering me. His pros were about the recovery time and also mentioned the muscle pushing implants to the side and making lifting weights harder. However most Dr around me seems to offer or recommend mostly under the muscle. But the more I read I see it both ways. Opinions on 500CC overs
My BWD is 14cm and my doctor chose Soft touch Moderate 310cc for me(under muscle). However I realized that this implant has a diameter of 12cm. I am scared that the implant will look like a rock in a large sock 35yr 2 kids 130 lb 55 Will the implant give me a lot of overhanging?
42yo 53 122# 34B. Used to have an athletic build (now I m a softy). But still have pronounced pectoral muscles and a double bouble of dense breast tissue. Looking for a C cup again with Upper Pole slightly curved or natural slope. Want something that will age gracefully with me. One doc suggested subglandular, another submuscular. Placement and shape suggestions?
37, slight asymmetry, around 34b but right is smaller and gapes the cup. Looking at 325/375cc mentor HP IMPLANTS. Will these achieve a good result as I have a wide breast and nipple already? Also even tho I am 21cm equal triangle measurement will sizing up the right breast make my right nipple not be on the same place? Can attach photos
I waited 18 years to have implants (20 to age 38). My family is finished and I was ecstatic about the new me...now after learning about all the risks (BII, autoimmune, cancer), I was devastated. Then, a ray of hope, it seems Saline implants may be safer due to not having trace metals like silicone implants? Have any patients still reported health problems with Saline? I am 5'6, 120, muscular build with very little breast tissue left after breastfeeding. Saline bad idea? I recently asked a question about how Breast Augmentation could still be considered safe given recent studies IE MD Anderson which address BII and development of autoimmune diseases. A plastic surgeon answered and said he used Saline instead of Silicone implants for greater peace of mind, but isn't the shell of a Saline implant still made of Silicone? He mentioned trace metals in Silicone implants ...Also, wouldn't the body see both as an invader/foreign object?
Im getting conflicting info. Ideally I would get 295cc under muscle to turn my A cup to B. Some PS said 10-15 I should change and some say its for life. All offering same Gummy bear from Allergan implants. Also would you recommend tear drop shape under muscle or round? My breast are already more tear drop like (age 40). I want it to look natural. With this size will I get sagging later on? Any long term effects I should be aware about? Thanks!
40 yrs old, Caucasian, I am 54, 110lb, have a narrow chest, 397cc moderate plus saline implants now. Im wondering if 560cc cohesive smooth round-full or 605cc would fit my body size. I am leaning more towards 605cc; I just want to make sure it doesnt look to big in a bad way.
I am 35, 411, 132lbs with a natural 34E cup. I have some mild sagging. I wanted to get a breast lift but hate the scars Ill be left with if I go through with the procedure. I have fair skin so I scar easily. My nipples point forward, I lost a lot of volume on the top of my breasts. I dont care for my nipples to sit perfectly 21cm from my collarbone. I love the natural look. My question is, can I simply restore volume with a small implant without a lift?
I am a 43 year old female, I weigh 122 lbs and had 365 cc implants added underneath my muscle about 9 1/2 months ago. I am wondering if there is any way I can get them to move closer together without having to wear a push up bra?
I'm almost 40 years old breast fed 5 babies, 63kg about 5ft, I live near Kalgoorlie (7hrs from Perth) youngest child only 8 months old. Really wanting my breasts to just look fuller, not after a lift (Im not 20) would like them to look natural also after over muscle placement for a quicker recovery.
