I went for a consultation for breast implants (255 cc) and the assistant told me I would have to go over the muscle. She said if I wanted to go under the muscle they would have to do a breast lift as well. I am looking for a second opinion. I am 4 11 athletic build, 110lbs and low body fat. I am training for a body building competition. Could I still go under the muscle?

What would be unable for me to achieve in comparison and only if that cant be answered from that whats the largest moderate plus ccs I could have.
I'm 4'10, around 105-110? lbs, about 5 months post op. I got 295cc in my left breast and 275cc in my right, saline. I believe they are moderate profile. I asked for a natural look but I feel like there is too much weight on the bottom. I know these don't necessarily look bad but I'm wondering if maybe the implants are too big for my frame and/or maybe I should have gotten a higher profile.
I am 410, 128lbs, currently have narrow breasts 30E/32DD/DDD. I believe I would like OTM implants without a lift to fill the middle/upper area of my breasts and increase my cup size 1-2 sizes. Would it be possible for me to get to my goal pics? I want them to look and feel like natural breasts, just not so saggy/deflated looking.
I am 35, 411, 132lbs with a natural 34E cup. I have some mild sagging. I wanted to get a breast lift but hate the scars Ill be left with if I go through with the procedure. I have fair skin so I scar easily. My nipples point forward, I lost a lot of volume on the top of my breasts. I dont care for my nipples to sit perfectly 21cm from my collarbone. I love the natural look. My question is, can I simply restore volume with a small implant without a lift?
Hello! I have a few questions hope someone can help. I am 4'9, 100lbs, 32A. 2 kids. I Want to be a D cup . My doctor is planing on putting 295cc Natrelle gummy bear mod. Plus profile on me and that's a small C. I was thinking of going a little bit big at least a small D cup. Will I look ridiculous with the prefer size I want knowing I am really petite?. Hi I am only 411. Currently A-B cup depending on what bra. I dont want a super big breast. I just want something that will look proportioned to my body. a full B cup is enough for me. I am not sure whether I get an over or under the muscle BA or if 200cc is enough. My waistline is 23-24. If I measure my band (lower part of boob) using a tape measure, its 26.
I have already made rice sizers and I love the size they bring up my confidence a lot in my body and I love how they look in my clothes. But would the size implant be possible for small 34B sized breasts? And is it proportional with my body and if not then what size cc implants would be?
