This is my 5th breast surgery. The first time I had double bubble. That a muscle release. Then trying to fix the muscle release a Dr placed a stratice graph for support on the lower cleavage area. He had to lower my creases and put a larger implant in. ,I got bottoming out. So he put permanent sutures, but they did not work. its been 12 years and now I will get them done again. The doctor wants to know if I want stratus graft or tigr martix. What is better. Any advice to prevent A reoccurrence
I got 400cc medium high profile implants in Nov of last year. The surgeon is very well known and experienced. He told me the morning of the procedure that he needs to lower my crease. Got double bubble from the first day after surgery on. He told me to put tape under the boobs and wear the surgical bra, but the double bubble stayed the same. He said it was because of the pre boob job situation - but i shouldn't he have known/told me before? he said revision would be very difficult.
I had a breast augmentation completed in September 23, that has had complications. I woke up with one large distorted breast (L) and one flat breast which is underfilled by the implant (r). I was told by the nurse caring for me the L was just swollen. I was told by my surgeon that nothing was wrong and it would settle. It is now apparant that the R implant has flipped and the L rotated. The crease was not released on the L which caused the double bubble. Can this be reaugmented?
I am 25, had my breast augmentation back in August of 2023, so about a year and a half ago. We did smooth, round silicone about 275 cc (if I remember correctly). As you can tell, the right has bottomed out and formed a double bubble when flexed. It also causes me pain on a daily basis. The left looks and feels better, but is saggy. Would love to know what would be advised in terms of a breast reconstruction to achieve optimal, natural results and prevent this from happening again.
Hello I have had my boobs done for just over a year now. The left breast has always been slightly different a than the right but has now started to form a double bubble. It isnt uncomfortable or painful. I am wondering will I need medical attention to fix this or might it sorts itself out / not get any worse ? If I leave this as it is as it isnt bothering me will a completely bottom out? Any advice is best I hope to not need to get this medically fixed!!!
I had a lift with augmentation/ implant. Surgeon is planning on fat transfer as revision to help with issue. Biggest concern is when flexed or laying flat. Would fat transfer help lower pole fill or new inframmary fold hold better?
I got silicone implants done in Miami in May 2021. I had notice they were a little off right away after I got them, the office just reassured me that the muscles were really tight & should settle. It's been almost 3 years now since I got them & this is what they look like. I spent $$$$ to feel more confident, my confidence is falling fast because of how they look. It makes me feel so self conscious cause you can alway see the indent, plus I'm a dancer so I always have my top off! What can I do?
Can fat graft solve the double bubble deformity without an implant change. If yes, how does it work. During the fat injection, will it damage the implant. How do you fill up with fats if the breast tissue is above and the implant has slided down causing a double bubble to appear?
38B prior to surgery 625/650cc utm. My bcps is saying this isnt double bubble because my scar is still in the correct spot but I have this huge dent in my breast when laying or when my arm is in the air. Plz help me. Do I need to seek help elsewhere cuz hes not acknowledging the issue at hand? Also my other breast hasnt dropped all the way and hes talking revision because the lower pole is so different along with the nipple shape/placement.
