I have a moderate case of bottoming out. This was evident a few months after surgery in 2020. Ive been told the fix involves inserting mesh and Im concerned about another foreign object in my body. Especially since mesh is really difficult - if not impossible - to complete mremove in the event of adverse effects. Is there an alternative that can still fix the bottoming out appearance?
This is my 5th breast surgery. The first time I had double bubble. That a muscle release. Then trying to fix the muscle release a Dr placed a stratice graph for support on the lower cleavage area. He had to lower my creases and put a larger implant in. ,I got bottoming out. So he put permanent sutures, but they did not work. its been 12 years and now I will get them done again. The doctor wants to know if I want stratus graft or tigr martix. What is better. Any advice to prevent A reoccurrence
So this past Sunday I was nursing my 8 month old baby on the bed, while I lifted up I felt this weird pressure on the implant that lated about 5 minutes. Its been bothering me ever since, pressure, when I bed down. It just feels weird and its uncomfortable. Did it bloom out? Ive had my implants for 10 years now and have had 3 pregnancies with them as well as breastfeed each for one year. I know I cannot get surgery while Im breastfeeding, but is there any kind of massage or relief I can get.
3 surgeries with bottoming out all within 6-12 months. Augmentation was under the muscle. My last surgeon from March 23 and I have been watching this happen since 4 months post op (same with other 2). He will fix it and make it aggressive. I am thinking doing the same thing over and over again won't fix this. I have horrible animation deformity (ext Boobs fall out of my bra, they ache and they sit out to the side now low low low. Help?
F.29.5'3 I had my breast augmentation in 2016 (450cc) and in 2019 I removed them with en bloc capsulectomy. I regret removing them so I am looking to re implant. Although I've heard the risk of bottoming out is higher. I don't want to go as big as I was originally also. How high is this risk? And what can be done to reduce this risk?
I had cc in 2021, so I got a complete pocket clean out, new implants, and adjustments to make sure they were symmetrical. 2nd day PO I knew something was wrong. They were way off. Doc made me wait a year, he went in and pulled down the implant. Again I knew it was not fixed. Waited another year, he went in again and pulled it down, same thing again. I keep asking if the dropped one is bottoming out and he keeps sayin no. But the scar keeps moving Up. The dropped one is significantly bigger too

I am 20 years old, no kids, or bad medical history. I received a breast lift + implants Back in July 2023. While everything was perfect the first 1-2 months post opp. I was struggling to like them after the implant dropping. I was told I need to proceed with a mesh bra / scar revision. With this being extreme in my opinion I chose to do other consultations on how to proceed. Now i feel like I have a million opinions. I'm just overwhelmed and extremely upset. Any opinions or thoughts truly help. ty
I have a bottomed out breast, uneven nipples, nipples that sit high on the breast, and one breast that is more lateral than the other. If I were to have a revision, what would be the best way to prevent this from happening again? Is it best to use internal sutures or strattice? What are the cons of both methods? My original PS advised against internal bra using mesh.
