I have had my implants for about 19 years. One is so hard it hurts at times. I have consulted a local plastic surgeon regarding this but my downfall is now I am divorced and have medicaid as my employer does not offfer insurance. I have shown multiple signs of BII and I am ready to remove them to see if these symptoms stop. Is there any doctor that will take medicaid in or around Toledo, Ohio so that maybe, just maybe I could get this covered? Thank You
I had reconstructive breast surgery with silicone implants under muscles 22 years ago. Rt implant ruptured and moved above muscle. Left breast has a 9mm x 7mm x 5mm mass. Both are painful all the time, burning, painful to touch as well. Pain, burning, painful to touch. What are my options with NJ Health Medicaid ? I cant walk around with only 1 implant.
I recently had my botched 1400cc saline implants ruptured in office with my Medicaid insurance covering the removal. Working with my insurance they would cover a lift if medically necessary. The only surgeon in my area that accepts insurance procedures doesnt feel my lift is necessary and quoted me over 8k for the lift. Im not fighting with insurance but the surgeon on whats medically necessary. Can I have some insight so I can advocate for myself and not get taken advantage of again?
I had breast augmentation under the muscle in 1998 with saline implants. For the past 5 years or so I've been having pain and discomfort in my breast and nipples, back & shoulders. I don't sleep well because of the discomfort & the implants will travel under my armpits if I lay on my back. Also if I bend over and use my pectoral muscles for anything they stay painfully contracted for a minute until they relax & the implant drops down. Would I qualify for medicaid to remove them? Thanks.
We cannot find a surgeon in Michigan that will remove my daughter's breast implants. They are poisoning her. She has Medicaid and no Plastic Surgeon will take it. She has been in pain, her immune system is failing, etc. There are too many medical problems that have developed in the last four years. She has been tested by at least 15 doctors. Can't someone help her? I cannot afford to pay a surgeon to remove them. She has been told she could die from the silicone shells. Please help!
I've been bed ridden for many years due to all-over body pain, chronic fatigue, memory fog, concentration problems and balance problems for over 20 years. I've had the same implants since Nov. 1988. I had an MRI on 4/13/17, which confirmed the rupture.
I have a ruptured saline implant. It has become painful, and turned into a hard mass. I have medicaid insurance, however I was told that they would not cover the implant removal. What is the cost to have just the saline implants removed. That is all I want...
