Hello! After researching, in theory, I'm aware that breast implant shouldnt result in massive weight gain other than 1-2Ibs of actual implants. However, I know some medicines could cause weight gain(Ex. Birth control pill. Theorically, it shouldn't, but lots of people report it indeed does, due to hormone) *My questions is, does any medicine involved in breast augmentation has effect on weight gain or hormones change? Or even water retention? *Does anesthesia contain any calories ???
I've been diagnosed with polycystic ovarian disease. I had always had small low boobs. I am 5'3 and weigh 125 pounds. I was never fully happy with my breasts, as I felt like they were weirdly shaped and too small. I was thinking of asking my doctor to prescribe me pills to balance my hormones (since I produce alot of male hormones) Will this help me with breast growth? Do I have tubular breasts? Does insurance cover breast augmentation for people with PCOS?
I had my breast augmentation May 7th. I was wondering if it could cause a change in hormones because I am just so tired all the time. Or if maybe the change in general could cause fatigue? I mean in general I haven't been sleeping good because I'm elevated and on my back. I usually sleep on my side or stomach. When can I start sleeping on my side?
My boobs have never looked normal. Im 19 now and wondering can they naturally change. Are there any hormonal pills you recommend? Theyre really stunting my confidence.
Hi, i am 25years old, have small pituitary gland, very low FSH and LH, low estrogen, no period, tiny breast, and osteoporosis high level. Started taking control birth pills 1 year ago and 1 year before was taking only estrogen . Still breast is small and osteoporosis same level.
I have symptoms such as: -Widely space breasts -Little breast growth during puberty -No breast growth during pregnancy or postpartum -Cone shaped breasts -Large, bulbous areolae -Low milk supply that's barely enough for baby. -I've always felt something is different or wrong about my breasts during adolescence. -Herbal tea such as Traditional Medicinal Mother's Milk help boosts milk supply. Does this mean my condition may be hormonal? Please see photos for more information. Thank you!
I am 18 years old, and in the past I suffered from overgrowth of public hair on my legs - I underwent research on my ovaries which resulted in nothing specific however I never took a hormone test. Therefore I would like to know if it is possible that I am not producing enough estrogen and if that is the case, what can be done?? I have also considered genetics, however all women on both sides of the family have at least a B cup
I have been having palpitations all week due to hormones. I am due to have surgery in 2 weeks (breast augmentation) I have informed my ps of this I have been to my gp who checked me out in regards to blood pressure and heart rate. All was ok. Tomorrow I will have ecg and bloods. Do u think it will be safe to have surgery if these come Back ok? I also had 24 hour heart monitor last year which came back perfect. I just suffer palpitations every now and again. Thanks
I'm getting a breast lift and augmentation, I've met with a Plastic Surgeon already. I really only wanted an augmentation but need a lift too because of a recent weight loss. I've seen pictures of the scars from the breast lifts and i find them very apparent in most pictures. My Surgeon reassured me that the scars would heal to a thin white line, but I'm still concerned. If I take Human Growth Hormones for a short period before the surgery and during the recovery, will this help reduce scaring?
