I've been doing IF for 2 years. I had arm lipo and bl/ba 6 months ago and went back to IF a week or 2 after surgery and I believe it really helped in my recovery. This time around I had a BBL and want to get back to IF but I don't want to jeopardize my results. I'm not calorie counting but I try to eat nutrient dense foods since my appetite has been reduced post op. (I had a TT along with the BBL). Will IF ruin my BBL?
If I was to get a bbl, all the fat that was liposuction, do I have to use all of it? Like if I want to get as much fat liposuction as I can but only want a natural looking bbl and dont need all the fat that is liposuction for the butt
Hi, I'd like a fuller bum and slimmer flanks. I've been thinking about having the fat from my flanks transferred to my butt, but I know the risks are high and recovery process is long. As an alternative I'm thinking I could have smart Lipo to the flanks and filler injections (by a dr/ nurse) in my butt for a similar effect. Hoping to get some advice of what might be the best option. My issue with the BBL is that I'm concerned about recovery and having to go to work after 10-14 days Thanks
I know that squats are not recommended in the first couple of weeks, but how about doing overhead press and using a pull up bar for example? And how about using a stationary bike without sitting? Is it possible to do these things on the second week perhaps?
I had cellfina done about 6 years ago. The procedure left me with tremendous bumps and ridges on my butt and thighs that show through clothing and are even more pronounced when squeezing the butt. I am looking for a solution to fix this. Can the bumps/lumps be improved with lipo or bbl? Can the lumps be removed with surgery?
Hello, I used to have a very athletic figure in the past but I have now gotten older and have stopped doing sports regularly. I'm interested in getting a BBL to lose stubborn fat on my abdomen and gain hip projection, as I've always had none. I'm 25yo, 5ft., 45-47kg. Hoping for the most natural-looking results. Maybe ab-etching too.
