I have deep frown lines between my eyebrows and strong muscle movement there. I got botox for the first time two months ago (only in this spot), but I am already seeing some movement again. Should I try to wait to re-inject until a full 3 months, or is it ok to schedule now after only 2 months since I am starting to see slight movement again? I just don't want to develop a potential resistance to botox by injecting again too soon - what are the risks of injecting sooner than 3 months?
The person who injections said it cant be the Botox, but why would this be sagging like this all of a sudden. Feels really uncomfortable I had Botox forehead lift 8 weeks ago and its has started to sag and puff for the past week
I received Botox 8 weeks ago in my forehead, frown lines and neck. I used a very reputable doctor and the result was fantastic and I had no side effects. I recently experienced a week of bad menstrual headaches and in the last 2 days my forehead, between my eyes and my eyebrows feel very tense and under pressure and a bit heavy. There is no change physically. Could this the Botox that has been impacted by the headaches in some way?
Long story short, two months ago I had 30 units of Botox done for the first. I'm trying to prevent my frown lines from forming. Two weeks later pass by and it looks like nothing hasn't changed. I was able to freely move my forehead with out any resistance. Then about a week ago I got 14 units of Dysport and that hasn't responded all that well either. My Dr said either I need more than average person, or that my body is rejecting it. Why would I need more than average person?
I got chin botox 2months and then went in to get my forehead a month later. When I went in, the injector suggested I need more. So in total the first time i received 14 units and then the second time another 14. I didnt like the results the first time and I thought the second time would get better. Now, i noticed its hard to drink water and its hard to smile without my upper teeth showing. Was it over done? Also when i do the face in the pic posted lines show? I also feel like my chin is bigger
I had Botox injected (30 units) on right side masseter area & (15 units left side), 2.5 months ago. A week ago, I noticed soreness upon chewing on the right side. What is going on? I experienced soreness right after the injections, which went away normally. But now feeling soreness every time I bite down or chew on the right side scares me. I'm a dentist & I know I don't grind. I have never been a grinder & never experienced jaw soreness like this until now.
8 wks ago I had Botox on my forehead. 2 days after a hard lump on my forehead appeared. I've had Botox 2x before and never had issues. I contacted my Dr. and he said he hasn't seen this happen before and was unsure what would cause it. He essentially said there is nothing that can be done and it should go away in a few weeks. Well, it has now been 8 wks and the lump is still there and has not reduced in size. I've reached back out to the Dr. and he replied that there is nothing he can do.
I have 2 horizontal glabellar creases that run across my nose between my eyes. Im pretty sure theyre genetic because my dad has them, and are a result of a very expressive face and personality. Im only 24 and have had two treatments of Botox in the past. Its been 2 months since my last treatment and this time time around it doesnt seem like the Botox accomplished anything. I also have an abundance of acne scars. Since Ive stopped birth control my skin has improved a lot!
its 7 weeks after getting botox around the eyes. Since then, i have ugly bags under the eyes/on my cheekbones and there is absolutely no improvement. what can i do? is there a surgery needed to correct this? can filler help? and what can i do if this swelling remains? thank you for your help! i had problem with eyebags in the past and i am afraid it will not go away. it makes me look sick and old. thank you for your help!
I've been injected 3 times with botox and the past 2times I've ended up with chipmunk cheeks with my cheeks plumped upwards and across the side of my face. The past 2times the cheeks have gone down in 4-5 months but I've heard botox is cumulative and the more you have it done, the longer it takes to go away. I am 2months into my 4th round of botox and my cheeks are worse than ever, will they go down like they did the previous 2times?Or am I stuck looking like this for longer or even permanently?
