I was contemplating getting an upper eyelid surgery probably since my early 40’s, I wanted to look more refreshed and get rid off those saggy eyelids, but didn’t have the courage to do it … until I turned 50. I had upper blepharoplasty, facial fat grafting (to add a little volume on my temples, tear throughs, cheeks), and dorsocervical fat pad removal. I’m two weeks post surgery today, and I’m so glad I finally did it! There’s very little pain only discomfort and I only took painkillers the day of my surgery, I couldn’t believe how tolerable it was, and all under “twilight” sedation instead of general anesthesia. Except for normal swelling and bruising it has been pretty easy and I can’t wait to see the final results! What can I say about Dr Yovino and the amazing team at Ideal Face and Body? They are simply the best and most caring team. This is not my first time with him and I trust he will deliver natural and realistic results. His professionalism, knowledge, care, patience commitment and sense of humor makes him an outstanding person and I feel very comfortable and safe with him.

Honestly, I regret not finding Dr. Yovino sooner! I had an awake breast lift. I have never been comfortable with the idea of going under, especially for a cosmetic procedure. I looked around for almost 5 years and was extremely close to getting it done elsewhere, but re-scheduled because I felt uneasy. I found Dr. Justin Yovino online and looked up his Insta, booked a virtual consult (I'm almost 4 hours away) and knew this was my Dr. His entire staff is welcoming and made me feel at ease before, during and after surgery. The procedure went extremely well, no complaints. I was relaxed but awake the whole time and Dr. Yovino was attentive the whole time, he kept asking if I was comfortable, which I was. When everything was done I was able to walk out of the office and it was truly unreal how well I felt. The results are AMAZING! Even better than I expected. I'm glad I listened to Dr. Yovino's recommendations. He really knows what he's doing.

Traveled from out of state because local surgeons didn't have any before and afters of this procedure. I liked that Dr Justin specialized in liposuction, and has a great bedside manner that made me feel comfortable. Another aspect I liked is that he uses three access points with this procedure (under each earlobe and the chin), which is very thorough as I've seen other surgeons just use one access point under the chin. Overall great experience and would definitely trust to go back in the future.

Dr. Yovino and his team really are the best of the best! I had my implants removed after almost a decade and was left with uneven and deflated breasts. They just looked sad! Dr. Yovino performed 3 sessions of fat transfer to my breasts, and I couldn't be happier with the results. I don't have much excess fat but he was still able to even out both breasts and provide some much needed volume, with the bonus of contouring the donor areas. The procedure itself was much easier than I was expecting, so much so I ended up sleeping for most of it. It's been 6 months since my final session, and I could not be more thankful to him, Ashley and the team. They made me feel so comfortable and looked after, and the results are everything I was hoping for and more!

I only had a consultation with him and will likely not go ahead with the surgery for the fact that I am not a great candidate. As disappointed as I was to hear that I don't have enough fat for liposuction to get anymore than a 1/8-1/4 cup increase, I appreciate him being completely honest and giving me realistic expectations. He took the time to answer all my questions thoroughly and if I was a candidate I would feel very comfortable with him being my surgeon. He seemed very experienced with liposuction he stated that he has had 1000's of liposuction patients and he had me feel better about my concerns of dents/irregularities of the lipo harvest sites. Which was a big concern of mine while researching this procedure. He did seem a bit expensive, but I am sure its because of his expertise. I appreciate the free consultation and him personally taking the time to look at my emails prior to the consult.

Justin did lipo and skin tightening on my arms and I couldn’t be more trilled with the results. My arms are toned and tight! I did a TON of research but soon figured Justin is a true artist at his craft. My entire experience was lovely. Ashley was an angel and extremely helpful. Justin was so professional and checked in very frequently, he’s the best doctor out there. I couldn’t recommend him more.

My dear beautiful ladies, IT IS TIME. Let this be the year you finally book your appointment with Dr. Yovino to get your arms sculpted! I got the precision arm sculpt/lipo procedure done in September 2023, and now 3 months later, I CANNOT be happier with Dr. Yovino's work and the Ideal Face & Body experience. None of my loved ones supported my decision to get this procedure at the time, they were vehemontly against it actually, so much so that I had to book my consultation in secret - now... they all compliment my arms and admit that I look amazing! Even my dad<3 Story time (I'm sure many can relate): I always had an average-athletic build all my life, but no matter how lean or fit I became (working out every day, down to 20% body fat in my early 20s!), the fat on my arms would not budge! Whenever I lost weight, my boobs would eagerly volunteer as tribute first & foremost (overachievers), and my stubborn arm fat would hunker right on down & hold the fort. There were rare occasions when I would feel proud and happy with my body (because believe me when I say I was a fitness feign when I was younger), but then I would see my arms in the mirror or in pictures and couldn't deny how they RUINED my silhouette - my arms made my petite & silhouette look farrr heavier-set than I was. I stopped wearing sleeveless anything at 14 years old because I was so self-conscious, insecure, and unhappy with my arms. To confirm, I had not worn or owned anything sleeveless for the last 15 years (14-29 years old).Now, 3 months post-op, in the dead of winter - I wear sleeveless whenever I can! I attended my company Christmas party in a sleeveless dress and GIRLLL - I COULD NOT have felt more confident in my body. I flew all the way from Europe to Los Angeles for Dr. Yovino!My alumni tips just for you: I highly recommend this procedure, and specifically with Dr. Yovino for a few reasons. 1) Dr. Yovino is mindful and delicate with the placement of the micro incisions (surprisingly not all doctors are mindful and delicate about the future scarring), my incisions are so small and well placed, they're unnoticeable.2) Dr. Yovino really listens to you & aims for a natural look - he listened to which specific parts of my arms I was concerned about and sculpted accordingly, but also made sure my arms are still proportionate to my body so they are much slimmer and sculpted, but I don't suddenly look like a T-Rex. 3) The team and staff at Ideal Face & Body are fabulous, friendly, and true professionals. I ADORE Ashleigh, she is so transparent, down to earth and honest - she really helped me with my decision by sharing her own stories - highly recommend you reach out to her if you have any questions. Their correspondence is concise, timely, and honestly a treat to get in your inbox.*Pro-tip 4) GET THE BRA BULGE DONE TOO, if you can afford it - trust me. I didn't get the bra bulge done because it was out of my budget, and honestly my bra bulge isn't even that much or bad, Dr. Yovino agreed. But if I could do it again - I would take out a loan just to get my bra bulge done too because I think it would have been that final polish to my new lean, long look. Random: I'm not a doctor so I can't say this is truly what is happening here, but - I swear my boobs have gotten a wee bit bigger, or at the very least, they look a lot bigger compared to my now slender arms. I imagine that if I also had my bra bulge lipo-ed as well, my boobs would look even better (hehe), or the extra calories that would have been stored in my arms are now being taken in by the twins. During the time I was contemplating getting the procedure, my boyfriend was supportive of whatever I decision I made, but generally advised against the procedure because he didn't think I needed it and loves me for who I am and thinks I'm beautiful just the way... rah rah rah. Now... he seems to be just that much more attracted to me. I notice the way his eyes linger when I wear my sleeveless tops or dresses, hehe. I didn't do this for him, or anyone, I got this procedure for me. And if you want this procedure too, babe I support you! DO IT! YOU'RE GOING TO FEEL AMAZING!Recovery: easy, not bad at all, just feels like your arms are sore from a workout - I was honestly already doing chores the day after my procedure (which I shouldn't have done because it made my arms swell a bit, but I'm sharing this with you so you know that this isn't a "major surgery" to be scared of and recovery isn't painful). After researching and consulting with several surgeons in the span of 3 years for a "Brazilian Butt Lift Reduction", I selected Dr. Justin Yovino as my surgeon. My requirements for this procedure were: 1) The surgeon should have experience performing "BBL reduction" or liposuction 2) I would be awake 3) The surgeon be conservative and gentle in approach 4) Someone I can trust in the event anything goes wrong Why did I choose Ideal Face & Body? Dr. Justin Yovino and his team Ashleigh, Kamryn, and Veronica were responsive and helpful from beginning to end. There was no rush and pressure from them. They asked for clarification in what I wanted and exceeded my expectations with an amazing outcome! It's not even a week yet, and I love the results and am so relieved! I couldn't ask for a better outcome and experience. On the day of surgery, I was nervous with worst case scenarios in my mind. But Dr. Yovino and Ashleigh were very comforting and professional, through and through. Updated on 28 Jul 2023: Just finished the 1 week follow up with Dr. Yovino. I'm so glad I made the right choice and had him for this procedure. The incision spot that he placed is so well hidden, I think he's a great plastic surgeon and had the forethought on where to position the scar to decrease visibility. I had the most amazing experience with my Awake liposuction and fat transfer to my hands Every member of the staff treated me with such care and attention from start to finish. Dr Yovino was so thorough in the consult and honest about what to expect as a result. The process was pain free and actually very pleasant I enjoyed a beautiful view and music of my choice during the procedure Dr Yovino guides me through every step so I felt comfortable I was so happy and relaxed I actually fell asleep the results are more than I expected. I would do it again in a second!

This review is for a consultation with Dr. Justin Yovino regarding liposuction and fat transfer. Although I cannot move forward with surgery at this time due to personal reasons, I feel compelled to write this review because I was impressed with my experience during the consultation and with the office. I chose to consult with Dr. Yovino not only because he has many glowing reviews, but also because he has more lipo before and after images than any other physician I researched – just look at his extensive portfolio of images on this site!! He is clearly an expert in this area, working on all types of bodies, even skinny ones like mine. The pictures speak for themselves - his results look phenomenal and natural. During my consultation with Dr. Yovino, I did not feel rushed, and he took his time with me, answering the numerous questions I had. I got the impression that he is extremely meticulous because he takes his time during surgeries and consultations. That is the exact quality that every surgeon should have (sadly, not all do). He is also refreshingly honest and told me where I can and cannot expect to see improvement. If I can have surgery in the future, he is definitely the one I will go to. Additionally, Ashleigh from his office was super responsive, flexible, and did her best to work around my crazy schedule, which was much appreciated. Office is super clean and pricing is fair. Parking isn’t too bad – there’s a lot about a block or two away that provides free parking for a couple of hours. Great experience overall!
