The Pearl laser is an ablative, FDA-approved laser skin resurfacing treatment. Cutera, the manufacturer of the Pearl, claims that the Pearl treats hyperpimentation and hypopigmentation caused by sun damage, fine lines on the face and neck, as well as uneven skin texture on the face and neck.
