I have Septo-rhinoplasty on march 2021 right after my nose looked very crooked, but i knew it was just the swelling, a year past and it definitely got better but it still looked slightly crooked, my doctor suggested steroids shots to help reduce the swelling i been having them here and there but now im 3 years post-op and my nose still looks slightly crooked and dont think the steroids shot are doing anything, if there anything else i can do?
I had a rhinoplasty in July of 2023. It went great, swelling gone very quickly. I did notice after my breathing became more normal, that my right nostril doesnt suck as much air as my left. When Im in bed laying on my right side, I cant breathe through my nose well. But on my left side I can slowly feel my right nostril open up and I can breathe evenly through both nostrils. Also when I take the tissue under my eyes and pull out towards my ears, I can breathe evenly.
For reference I'd like a more feminine and I like a straight ethnic looking nose. My bulbous tip others me that's a bit longer and pointier than I'd like but I really want a natural change that is undetectable to others/family& friends. What are my options without general anesthesia? Attached are pics. I'm open to all advice and opinions. Thanks!
I was wondering if it would be possible to achieve the nose and smile of Natalie Portman. My nose looks normal when I'm making a straight face, but it widens a lot when I smile. Would Natalie Portman's features fit me and if they do, how would I be able to achieve the look?
I've always been insecure of my bulbous nose and my ideal nose would be the edited nose in the photo. I plan to have a nose job this summer and while researching I heard that bulbous noses are hard to work with. I was wondering if it's possible to make my nose look like the edited photo
If I needed to get my skull fixed , could he also give me a brow lift in hairline and rhinoplasty and neck lift at the same time or would I need diff doctors? Thank you so much have a beautiful day :)
I have a lot of sinus issues and lots of congestion issues. My facial plastic surgeon who does my massater Botox told me I would be a good candidate for rhinoplasty due to these issues. But, I do not have a deviated septum. So my question is, is my nose too wide for my face? He said he could give a more feminine nose and it would make my features look more feminine
Hello, I have been asking myself this question for the longest time. I saw that some people who get a rhinoplasty can develop a callus post op. This callus can be rasped down with a local anesthesia procedure. Normally when taking down a bump on the nose, osteotomies are done to close the open roof deformity, but why arent osteotomies required when rasping down a callus post op? Thank you for your answers.
