Glasses are not gonna affect how they age. Contact lenses, especially hard contact lens over a soft contact lens, they can put pressure on the muscle from behind the eyelid, and that muscle is as it is responsible for lifting the eyelid 15,000 times a day. So if there is extra pressure/stretch on that, it can affect it and that tendon can get loose and the eyelid drops faster than it would otherwise normally would.
