It's very common when patients come in for facial changes, facial atrophy. It really depends on the age of the patient. Some of the younger patients who still have a lot of fullness in their face but are complaining about Marionette lines or nasolabial fold depressions, those patients can get a filler material and that could either be some of the hyaluronic acid fillers like Perlane, Restylane, Juvederm, Voluma, even [inaudible 00:00:33] for the cheeks. They can also get fat injection. As the patients age and you see more deflation, you can either combine those absorbable fillers like the hyaluronic acids or fat augmentation in combination with face-lifting procedures, and I think one often doesn't displace the other but a combination of two can give a very natural result and usually gives a very satisfied result to patients.
