UNPUB Why people can die with tumescent anesthesia (lidocaine toxicity)?

In general, Tumescent anesthesia is safe. Though it can be toxic and even lead to the death of the patient during liposuction surgery. When anesthesia is administered improperly the death of the patient may still occur due to adverse reactions.
