Revision rhino is an area that requires a lot of experience and expertise. Depending on what the patient presents with, we usually use cartilage grafting in my practice. That's my main approach. I prefer to use autogenous or your own tissue to repair any kind of issues related to previous surgery. Usually, this comes from either the septum or the ears. We also use diced cartilage, and even fillers can sometimes be used to correct some previous rhinoplasty problems.
