For nonsurgical skin tightening, we still use the [inaudible 00:00:09] device and its third generation so it’s much improved. We mainly use that right at the eyelids because one can actually do pulses on the lids, right over the eye with it protected to get tightening of a lose and droopy eyelid, so it’s till used. For the face in general, there is other forms of radio frequency energy like the [inaudible 00:00:31] device that we use around the forehead and eyelids. And then, a really interesting device called [inaudible 00:00:39] that is terrific for tightening of the face and actually, can be used on other body areas as well. That uses a series of radio frequency devices. Again, heating the skin and the supporting structures deep beneath the skin to gradually get a lifting and tightening. And then the newest device and the one that. . . we have found that in clinical studies appears to be the strongest for the neck, this ultherapy, and that uses high intensity focused ultrasound and it’s delivered in a series of applications that takes between an hour and two hours going over the face and neck.

And what that does again is it heats up even what’s called fascia or supporting tissue. The beauty of this device is that it has, with the ultrasound, you can actually see the depth of which you’re going. So depending on the thickness of a person’s neck and the thickness of that is droop has gone around the jaw line. It can be targeted specifically for certain areas. It’s an uncomfortable procedure so we give patients medications and that helps to get through it really fine. And it has very minimal recovery time. That’s another really nice thing with all of the treatments that I’ve talked about so far is that they really don't have a recovery time.
