NDYag removal of complete vaginal septum in clinic (GRAPHIC)

This patient had difficulty with intercourse because of a complete vaginal septum. Under local anesthetic I used the NDYag fiberoptic laser to resect and vaporize the septum. She had absolutely no pain and was ecstatic with the outcome.
