What is the average cost of liposuction? Liposuction routinely costs in most places in the country, on average, about $7-8,000. In certain parts of the country such as Hawaii, the West Coast, it can be as costly as 12-15,000. The most minimal amount of cash you can spend on liposuction would be probably $3-4,000, but that was be in very specific single areas.

If liposuction is done along with other procedures, such as tummy tucks, breast augmentations, lower body lifts, facelifts, then very often the liposuction is either folded into the price, or is reduced in its overall cost.
