How does the TBT-eyelift work?

I explain in a daily talk show my trademarked TBT-lift of the upper eyes. The TBT- eyelift repositions the protruding orbital fat which gives the eyelids a heavy look by tightening the loose orbital septum instead of removing the orbital fat.
