Drainless Tummy Tuck - Abdominoplasty (GRAPHIC)

Liposuction of the flanks and a drainless tummy tuck is performed. Progressive tension sutures (quilting sutures) are placed so drains are not necessary and there is minimal tension on the incision. TAP blocks also decrease post-op pain.
