The 20-year-old lady has a different idea of what her taste is in terms of the shape and the size that she's looking at, and also the tissue is different. Maybe the 20-year-old hasn't had kids. Perhaps the 40-year-old lady has. There may be more droop to correct in the lady who's 40 compared to the person who's 20. Maybe the skin is a little more stretchy in a 40-year-old. Those are the typical things that we talk about. Someone who's 40 should probably have a mammogram prior to surgery, but the technique of the surgery of placing the implant is actually quite similar in both cases.
