Female Voice: I have a lot of 20 year olds coming in and asking me for Botox and I think that's a little bit premature. We do know that women start to age in their '20s. We start to lose volume. We start to lose bony volume and fat volume in our face and even some aging of the skin as young as 20. So certainly photoaging with freckling and skin damage can be seen early, but the average person is probably around 30.

Prior to that, I still want you using a sunscreen. Prior to that, I still love to see you want a retinoid even if it's an over-the-counter retinol; but as far as more in-depth products and procedures, sometimes in the '30s. A lot of people don't start until they're 40 or 50 because they're financially maybe don't have the resources to invest in some of these things and we still do wonderful things. But if I had my choice, I'd say '30s.
