Almond Eye Surgery in a young patient with negative canthal tilt

Young patient with inherited negative canthal tilt and lower eyelid retraction (giving sad, tired eye appearance) underwent Almond Eye Surgery (lower eyelid retraction surgery plus canthoplasty) to give more attractive almond shaped eyes.
