When you reduce 1000 fat cells, it's died. It does not come back. You produce new fat cells. It means in this area, there is some fibrosis and they don't come in the same place; they come to other place. Why? Because you have the pre-adipose fiber who's destroyed in the first liposuction but still they're on other sides. The other sides can grow and can produce other fat cells.
