As time is limited have to decide whether to go with Venus viva or not.
I am struggling to choose between which laser treatment to get. At the medispa in the town I live in they have the Venus Viva so it would be really easy to go there. Plus I know them which is a bonus. However there are very few reviews on the Venus as compared to the Halo which gets great reviews but I would have to travel out of town to get the Halo done which would take additional money and time.
I want to reduce the fine lines around my eyes, and mouth, smile lines, and improve skin texture. I am a 62-year-old female and just want to look refreshed and employable. One doctor recommended CO2 RE and another recommended 3 treatments of the Venus Viva laser. Can you explain the difference? What is the downtime for each, cost, and how long do they last?
I met w/ 2 diff. doctors who suggested 2 diff. solutions for pitted acne scars. One recommended the Venus Viva (which, I understand does include needles) and another stated that microneedling is more effective and/or will have same results. I already get microneedling sessions and understand it's a slow process but do get results. I'm curious if Venus Viva creates better results or should I stick to microneedling. (CO2 lasers, etc. have caused more scarring from past tx and not an option)
I'm 42, and have had the Clear + Brilliant Laser with good results, but was wondering if I should get another or try the Venus Viva instead. Am concerned with fine line reduction, firmness, discoloration.
Hello! I am hoping to see some improvements in mild acne scarring and general skin texture-I have an upcoming appointment for Venus Viva but I have some concerns. There are a lot of reports (anecdotal and confirmed) of rf treatment causing volume loss/textural worsening-are the same problems possible with Viva? Can Viva affect dermal fillers? If not, why? What separates Viva from other rf technology? Hate to swap one problem for another!
What penetrates deeper - Venus Viva or RF Microneedling? I'm seeing very mixed reviews on which is better for acne scarring/pigmentation/texture. Is there one procedure that penetrates deeper or has longer last results?
