Kefir........Reduce Redness Naturally, Effective, Painless and Cheap! - California

The last 4 days I've been putting Kefir on my face. Morning and night, as much as it will absorb. I'm noticing a great reduction in redness and irritation. Have you tried making a food diary to see if any foods trigger your flare up? Main culprits seem to be Gluten (wheat) Dairy and Alcohol. READ COMMENT
