Coolsculpting - My Journey to Recover My Stomach - Portsmouth, NH

I am a 48 year old woman, 5'6" tall and 148 lbs. After having two 10 lb babies my stomach has never been the same even with diet and exercise. I've lost over 2 1/2 inches from him hip/abdomen area. Only about 1/2 an inch in my natural waist area, but I'm happy with the lower abdomen. I may have another procedure in the fall, but my focus now is on really tightening my abs... READ COMMENT

Ok, so no, any activity causes my stomach to swell and "burn", but I'm on the end of that period of recovery. Day 8 is going to be much better, compression garments and a combination of Advil and Tylenol is the solution to my pain. ... READ COMMENT

I read one post that recommended a compression garment and Tylenol. I've been taking Advil, so I put on a Spanx and it immediately calmed down the burning sensation. I was actually able to sleep for 2 hours. Now hopefully the Tylenol... READ COMMENT
