Fit Woman on the Surface, Saggy Tummy Underneath - Massachusetts, MA

So far so good! This has been a LOT tougher than I thought, mentally and physically. I figured being young (28, turned 29 10 days after surgery) and having worked out lifting heavy weights for the past 2 years would make recovery easier. At least 3 weeks off, if you can 4. And the first 2 weeks after coming back only do half day, like 5 hours at a time, and schedule in yourself "rest" breaks. You WILL need it. Make sure you have some really good compression garments,... READ COMMENT

Girl I think you need to relax. You're only 2 days PO! They always look really small right away, the muscle is holding that implant tight and won't get bigger until it starts to relax. I think you look awesome, once you're all healed... READ COMMENT

The swelling you're experiencing is totally normal. You're just over 2 weeks PO, I think you need to scale back on activity. This time is truly for YOU, your health and healing depends on it. Now, it is impossible to avoid swelling... READ COMMENT
