Off the Wagon - Omaha, NE

I am 70, have been overweight for some time, and decided to go w/the lapband. I lost 30# pre and post op, and have not lost an ounce since. I agree and have not used that approach yet. as said above, I do think prednisone is a major issue for me b/c it does cause cravings all of the time ... the fight is always on ... which means I lose more often than I win, at least... READ COMMENT

I think my major issue is that I'm on long term prednisone (10 mg daily) for asthma. This summer my goal is to get down or off of it ... see if the 30# loss helps enough to keep my asthma at bay! READ COMMENT
